HOCKEY 101:

Recommended: All Ages and Abilities                         
Available: In/Off Season


This pre-requisite course is designed to help lay the basic foundational skills necessary  for a players development. Before starting any in-depth training program, students must understand the primary skills necessary for proper body control and movement. With this foundation, players can develop confidence and body awareness a lot quicker, which will only help speed up the learning process as we move along in their studies as a hockey player.


**Completion of 6 Hockey 101 classes are required prior to participating in the additional classes on the schedule.  Hockey 101 is where we teach you the Who, What, Where, When & HOW. We introduce our instructors and teach you the Evolving Athletes Foundational Movement Principals.  Hockey 101 will get you ready for regular level classes and whip your game into shape!


DANGLES SOS:

Prerequisite: Completion of six (6) Hockey 101 classes                   
Available: In/Off Season


SOS = Strong On Stick. This functional skill based class is specifically designed for those students looking to build the stick-handling skills necessary to protect the puck and stay strong on it. One of the most important elements of being able to handle the puck in the game, is knowing how to keep control of it when the pressure is on. If you want to have a better understanding of what it takes to truly possess the puck, than this is the class for you.


POWER SK8:

Prerequisite: Completion of six (6) Hockey 101 classes                          
Available: In/Off Season


This off-ice skating class will develop the physical and mental elements necessary to help improve your overall skating ability. Students will learn to train a variety of specific strength and movement patterns needed to be a smooth and efficient skater. If you’re looking to improve upon the foundational principles behind being a strong skater, than this is the class for you.


Warrior Zone:

Prerequisite: Completion of six (6) Hockey 101 classes                          
Available: In/Off Season


This mental endurance class is designed for students who are looking to develop the strength, conditioning, and mental skills necessary to be a Warrior on the ice. Test your heart against other hockey students looking to improve their game in a competitive and passionate training environment! If you’re looking to build powerful physical and mental hockey endurance, than this is the class for you. 


PRIVATE COURSES:

Recommended: Any Student(s) looking to enhance their skills in a Private setting
Available: In/Off Season


Our Private Courses are specifically designed for those Hockey Students looking for a more personal coaching experience with our coaches. We offer a variety of on and off ice educational skills courses necessary to advance your game. There are courses available for students looking for a 1 on 1 experience, or a Private Group setting of up to 6 students. What skill(s) are you in need of? Call now if you want to Change.


PROFESSIONAL GAME EVALUATIONS:

Recommended: Mite-Midget Students                        
Available: Whenever games are being played


Our Professional Game Evaluations are designed to help find personal game habits that need some adjustments in your play. There are many hockey students out there that could use a Professional eye to see the little parts of their game that they could improve upon. We tape, scout, and sit down with our students in a classroom setting to go over what game habits you need to adjust. PSFS: POST SEASON FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH:

Recommended: All Ages and Abilities committed to Post-Season Recovery
Available: Off Season


This is a 2x/week course that was designed to help players establish a strong and mindful foundation for the up and coming off season. The main objective for this course is to build a foundation for proper body control and to prepare the body for a more rigorous 6 weeks of explosive training. This course will focus specifically on flexibility, total body strength, balance, mobility, core stability, nutrition habits, the importance of rest and setting up an effective off season development program.


OFF SEASON DEVELOPMENT:

Recommended: All Ages and Abilities committed to improving with Off-Season Training
Available: Off Season
